May 1 - November 14
1-10 guests $1000 per night
each additional guest $60 per night
November 15 - April 30
1-10 guests $1200 per night
each additional guest $60 per night
Christmas/New Years 7 nights minimum
1-10 persons $1800 per night
each additional guest $60 per night
apartment included
7% government tax added to all rentals
Five nights minimum rental
$400 villa cleaning charge
3% charge for credit/debit card payments,
5% international and puerto rico

apartment only rented with main house and included with 13 or more guests

Only paying registered guests are allowed on the property
To Rent Villa Bellamar
You can confirm your rental dates with a 25% deposit and the balance will be due 90 days before arrival. You will be sent an electronic invoice and rental agreement.
The damage deposit is a refundable $1000.
Cancellation Policy
You lose your initial deposit if you cancel. There are not any refunds after your final payment.
