Our Palmas Del Mar Villa

Puerto Rico is part of the United States so a passport is not needed to travel there. All Puerto Ricans are US citizens. Puerto Rico offers many historic locations. Old San Juan dates back 500 years with beautiful Spanish architecture of that era. It has several plazas and three historic forts to discover. Old San Juan is an exciting combination of history, art, great food, shopping and music.

The cruise ship docks are located adjacent to Old San Juan. Plaza Las Americas a very large and beautiful mall not far from Old San Juan.

Days trips are available to the islands of Culebra and Vieques. The ferry docks are located in Fajardo a 20 mile expressway drive. You can also fly out of the Humacao airport or take a private boat charter from the marina.

El Yunque is nearby and the only rain forest within the US National Forest system. It has rivers, waterfalls, hiking trails and incredible ocean and mountain views.

There is a Sam's Club, Wal-Mart super center, JC Pennys,

Chili's, etc. in Humacao a short 5 minute drive by expressway from Palmas del Mar.

Surrounded by tropical fruit trees, Villa Bellamar creates the perfect private setting at our Palmas del Mar Villa.

This private area is removed from the busier areas of the community, but close enough where they are just a short golf cart ride away. Our vacation home in Puerto Rico is very convenient. It is located 35 miles by expressway from Luis Munoz Marin international airport in San Juan.
